Recovering photos from water-damaged iPhone 11

Hello. I have had an iphone 11 for about 3-4 years. A few weeks ago i unfortunately dropped it into some water. After a few hours i had thought i gotten it out, but yetserday my phone was acting up so i restarted it. Then suddenly the screen wasnt moving at all. I tried reastarting it once again but that wouldnt even slide over. So today i got a new iphone 14. But the problem is my old phone (11) had very low storage and i used up most of it. I had never really backed up my info and things like that. And I am wondering if there is a way i can get all my photos back onto my new phone or if they will be lost forever.

Nope those photos are gone for good, since you didn't purchase more icloud storage to backup your data or sync to icloud.

You learned a very hard lesson.
