iPad Files app glitching when saving PDF notes

Hi ive been using PDF on files app to take down some of my notes. However, recently I’m unable to save the notes I’ve written down on my ipad on the files app as the app keeps glitching and returns to the top of the PDF instead of saving image. pls let me know how I can fix this.
