Series of GarageBand Issues...

I was making a project in GarageBand using my own recorded sounds by adding a plugin ( Plugins --> Apple --> AU Sampler --> Stereo ) and had done this for four different tracks, ( each with a different plugin ), When suddenly I get this message:

So I clicked on Quit and expected it to open the next time, but every time, this message popped up within 10 seconds of the app opening ( When I tried to play my tracks within those 10 seconds, no sound. ). I quickly opened a new project to see if that affected the issue, and I was able to work on a new project without any problems. I tried copy pasting from one project to another, but I don't think it works that way. Obviously, I couldn't possibly recreate all that I had done, especially when I can't even hear it. So after a lot of google searching and YouTube scrolling, I held the control button while launching the app, Which prompted me with this:

After I clicked on 'Don't launch', I was able to actually see and move around in the app, with out the pop-up showing up. But still, none of my tracks were making any sound. So naturally, I thought of another way to do it, which was to create another MIDI track, add the plugin there, and then copy from the original track to the newly created one. That was when I got hit with this:

Clearly, I had only 4 tracks. I deleted 1 track thinking that at least I could add one more, but got hit with the same message again. Once again going to the internet, Someone else faced the 1000 track limit problem, but it fixed with a simple restart. So after trying that and failing that too, I now have come here.
