I have an iPhone 16 with two photo lenses, stacked vertically. I will be digiscoping so I need to know which lens is the main lens. is it the one at the top, or the one at the bottom. For some reason this simple question doesn't seem to be easily answered.

Why in the world is it so utterly impossible for anyone to say--the top lens is 1X, and the bottom lens is 0.5x? Or, it's the reverse. The top lens is 0.5x and the bottom lens is 1X.
I find this utterly baffling. I just want to know, when I'm digiscoping, which lens I should use to align my phone to. The recommended use is the 1X.
