Apple! Allow us to save/download support chats!

I had a problem with iPhone phone recording transcripts being incomplete and I had a support chat with a what seems like a robot. After a long chat where I gave detailed answers to the many questions asked, the robot told me to call a human for help. I looked for a way to save the chat for reference during a phone call. I could not find any way to do that, so I asked the robot how to save the chat. I was told that I had to select, copy and paste each text bubble or take screenshots of the entire chat. I asked the robot to send me the chat but it said that it cannot do that. My question is: why ON EARTH can't we save/download support chats with Apple????? EVERY other support chat has that function. Apple is certainly technically capable of offering that function. PLEASE Apple, fix this!
