Payment failed when adding

I Created my company work phone ID account and added credit card for payment but when I make the payment is failed. can someone help me with this problem

Payment fails because the phone is likely company-managed, or the Apple ID region doesn’t match the credit card. Check for a management profile, verify your Apple ID, confirm region matches your card, and contact your employer’s IT if it’s a Managed Apple ID — personal payments cannot be used on those accounts.
