Safari Tab Groups: I Have Two Named Tab Groups and All Open Tabs Disappeared From One Group But Not The Other - How to Recover?

I have two named Safari tab groups on my MacBook Air. All open tabs disappeared in one of the tab groups but not the other. I've tried all the steps I can find to find the missing named tab group's many open tabs. Nothing. Any ideas or is it all just gone? Thank you
