26.1 update screen issues because of keyboard

Can’t type on my phone because of update 26.1 and my question disappeared. I updated to 26.1 and now the keyboard and this weird bubble with a checkmark and arrow and then a clear bubble and then kind of a white film covers up the whole screen so I can’t see what I’m typing nor can I use the screen. I’m actually using my microphone right now. I looked on Google for some help as to what it is. They said that it’s a glitch am I gonna have to wait for Apple to fix this cause I cannot use my phone or my screen when the keyboard is up. Also, if someone answers my question, how do I erase my question so I’m not getting answers for five years because I can’t even find where my questions are.

That white “film” covering the screen with the checkmark/arrow bubble sounds like the Assistive Touch / Dictation / QuickType UI
