Apple Music audio being really distorted and muffled

Hello I’ve recently switched from Spotify to Apple Music but on windows the app has so many bugs for 1. When I’m in full screen mode and I click [spacebar] and ctrl to pause, it doesn’t it brings up the sound setting part next to the (…), and also every now and then the music keeps getting distorted like the voice goes and the beat all sounds so not like music at all just sounds like a really muffled Audio or a dinosaur, then gotta go back and replay the song or even restart the app
