iPhone date and time after being off for months

Hello,

I’m giving rough dates just for ease.

If my phone was out on airplane mode, then switched off. Would the iPhone then show that date and time I locked it if I accessed that phone 6-months later?

for example,

May 3rd 2025: Airplane Mode and turned off.

November 2nd 2025: I powered on the phone and instead of having November date, it had the May date and time.
