Subscriptions missing after new iPhone setup

I just recently traded my iPhone 13 Pro Max for the new iPhone 17 pro max. I was unable to back up my phone to the new one. I had to wipe my old phone and start fresh on the new iPhone 17 pro max. When I logged into my iCloud on the iPhone pro max I noticed that all my subscriptions were gone. Does anyone know how to get them back or do I have to start over with another subscription. I pretty much subscribed to movie streaming and now I don’t know how my streaming will be paid when it would be paid thru my phone. HELP. I am still able to watch some of the streaming platforms. I really don’t want to be charged double.

Please make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you originally used to purchase the subscription. All App Store subscriptions are linked to the Apple ID that bought them—no exceptions, no secret back doors.

If the subscription was purchased outside the App Store—for example, directly on the service’s website or through a third-party app—Apple won’t be able to manage or cancel it. In that case, you’ll need to contact the app developer or the service provider directly for help.
