Apple keeps trying to charge me $7.99 for something I already cancelled. And it won’t let me use that same card to update my payment method as it keeps saying “card already added to payment method”. I’m confused why it says that but won’t use it so I can redownload apps & games again..

Using Apple Account balance and an Apple Gift card would also be an option, if your listed payment does not work at this time.
