Apple Watch shared activity rings not showing on AW10

Hi everyone, I have an issue with my AW10:

Me and my wife are sharing each others activity rings (Fitness app). By her side, everything is fine and updated. The problem comes on my side: the Fitness app on my iPhone shows the correct data about my wife (Move, Exercise and Stand) but my Apple watch shows 0 Move, 0 Exercise and 0 Stand at any time of the day.
