Apps not appearing in Apple Watch Infograph complications

I have an Apple Watch 11 and use the Infograph Complication on the watch face. I am using the latest Watch and iPhone software update of 26.1. Many of the apps I have chosen are no longer showing up in the watch screen complications. I have shut down and rebooted both the watch and iPhone without success. What setting is not allowing the apps to show up in the complication settings?
