I have a macbook air M4 2025, and it is still in warranty. But the apple logo on the lid is having many scratches now and I don’t like it when it is visible at certain angles, is this can be fixed by Apple, or can be replaced with a new mac? I don’t have apple care so not want to pay a huge cost just for the scratches.
Even if you had AppleCare it would not be covered if it was considered to be "cosmetic damage".

2. Go to "Get hardware help".
3. Select your hardware and continue selecting options requiring replacing parts until you see "Bring in for Repair"

Wear and tear such as scratches on the exterior is not covered under any warranty. It will not be replaced and any repairs you desire to the case you will be charged for, both parts and labor.
