How do I handle a suspected digital invasion and hacking of my iPhone, computer, and car?

My iPhone has been hacked, my computer has been hacked and weird devices attached to my car. I’m noticing random things on my walls at home and it appears to be a digital invasion possibly from computer hackers. I took my phone a zoomed in on some strange lint on the wall and I saw eyes in it. The police has been unhelpful. Throughout my home in every room is eyes and pics of faces how to handle this situation?

Eyes in the walls? I'm sorry, but that's pretty extreme and implausible. Whatever you think is going on, is outside the scope of anything we users on a user to user only forum can possible offer. Hire a digital forensic expert. But you'd likely be throwing your money away.
