How to reset forgotten Screen Time passcode on iPhone 14 without factory reset?

I have an Iphone 14 and I completely forgot the Screen time password and It doesn't give me the option to reset it. I keep guessing, and I'm now at "Try again in 60 minutes". I don't want to factory reset my phone/laptop, as I do not want to lose the progress that I have made on them.

What do I do?!

I'm sorry, but you will soon run out of tries and you will see an Unavailable message on the phone. The only option at that point is going to be resetting / erasing your phone and then setting it up again. You can use your current backup to restore data back to the phone.

If you forgot your iPhone passcode or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support

It might be a good idea to write down important passcodes and passwords and keep them in a safe place for future use.

If you are unable to reset your Screen Time Passcode with your Apple ID then you may have skipped the option while setting up Screen time Passcode. See the pic below

Unfortunately, even after performing a factory reset, restoring from your backup will reapply the Screen Time passcode to your device.

Catch 22.

Unfortunately, the instructions to reset the Screen Time Passcode assume that the user can tap Settings on their iPhone to access the Screen Time Settings.

Since the user does not know the Screen Time Passcode, they cannot access Settings to change the Screen Time Passcode.

Apple Support will not have good news for the user.
