I just switched from a Samsung G23fe phone to this Apple 16e phone. My G23fe would connect to T Mobile 5G tower and show speeds of 500 mbps, but now using the same cell tower that is very close to my house, my 16e only shows around 150 mbps. Why so slow?

iPhone>Settings>Cellular ...make some changes(?)
Have you shutdown & restarted the iPhone ie power off/on...(?)

if you still have issue contact your Carrier —they can re-provision remotely your device for issue beyond your resetting of Network Setting.
