QFX file not importing into Quicken Classic Premier on Mac

I have downloaded a QFX file to my Mac to import into Quicken Classic Premier. I select the file to import, and I get a window that shows it's importing transactions. However, nothing happens after that. No error messages. The windows close and the transactions don't seem to be imported anywhere.

I've searched the forum for a similar problem. Most indicate an error message. I do not get an error message. Just nothing seems to happen.
