Apple pay text scam help me please

Of course it is a scam and there is nothing you need to do other than delete it. You can report the text to Apple if you wish, but these types of scams are quite common where they will originate from many different "spoofed" number so even blocking is not very effective.

As with any text message/email, the simple rule of NEVER calling a number or click a link and provide personal information is a 100% sure way from being a victim of a phishing attempt. There are always ways to verify an email/text without using that number or link found in there, no matter if they are claiming to be from Apple, your bank, the government, or any other business

It’s a scam.

That 212 country code in the sender field is for the country of Morocco, in Africa. But even if the message came from a U.S. phone number (or appeared to do so), it would be a total scam.

Yes, it's a Phishing Scam. Block and report it.

To add to my esteemed colleague's excellent suggestions, the message itself can't hurt you unless you call the number and give them information. Don't do that and you'll be fine.
