iPhone 13 Wi-Fi slider stuck in off position after iOS 26.1 update

Downloaded 26.1 to my iPhone 13, can no longer stay attached to WiFi. In Settings, WiFi slider doesn't respond and is stuck in off position. If I shut down and power up it attaches to WiFi for a short while and then drops it.
