Can I get a new, undamaged iPhone without returning my cracked and broken one?

I just got a new Apple iPhone and it is cracked and broken. Do you guys think I could get a new one without returning it?

Are you asking if you can keep it period (as in not return it at all and still receive a new one) or are you trying to see if you could receive a replacement first and return the damaged one after you receive the new one? That’s going to depend on if you purchased AppleCare+ and utilize the express replacement option where you would receive the replacement first and have a window to return the damaged one or be charged full retail for it on the payment method you supplied as a security hold for the replacement (or whatever the rules may be for any other extended warranty or protection plan you purchased). Cracked and broken isn’t typically covered under manufacturer warranty so if you don’t have any additional coverage and this falls under accidental damage then no, you won’t receive a replacement at all but could pay for out of warranty repair/replacement.
