iPhone 13: Top speaker and Location Services problems

The top speaker on my iPhone 13 has gone out and come back twice now, and both times, my location services have also gone awry. I’m wondering if they’re connected somehow in one part that needs replacing, or if it’s a bug? It’s frustrating because when it happens, I can’t use any GPS and have to take all of my calls on speaker. This last time it happened, the top speaker came back on, but very grainy like a blown speaker, finally coming back in a clear sound within about 3 mins.
