How do I revert to the previous iOS version on my iPhone?

Hoping someone from Apple will see this and reply…

installed the new update on my phone last night - I hate it.

I seem to have to press about 6 extra buttons to do the same thing.

I’ve got a headache/motion sickness because of this Liquid Glass display thing that someone has decided is a good idea.

If I’d wanted a phone that I found to be un-user friendly I would have bought an Android phone - and probably paid less!

please could somebody create an ‘undo’ button so I can go back to enjoying using my expensive iPhone!

You can’t downgrade iOS. The best you can do is to provide feedback, and hope Apple modifies or offers more controls over some of the features you dislike.

IOS 26 tone down liquid glass

Either

Settings, Display & Brightness , Liquid glass, set to Tinted instead of Glassy

Or one or more of these

Settings, Accessibility, Display & Text size, reduce transparency

Settings, Accessibility, Display & Text size , increase contrast

Settings, Accessibility, Motion, Reduce motion

Settings, Accessibility, Display & Text size , Display Borders
