Hi there, i had cracked screen phone. I opt for replacement. Where they were supposed to hold to transaction of around 1119 pounds but they actually deducted that amount from my bank account. Will i get my money back once i sent the device?. I thought i just need to pay 80 pounds

Depending on the original payment method, it can take up to a full billing cycle (30 days) for the refund to credit to your account.
