iPhone 17 Pro speakers lag and repeat last sound after media

I’m having an issue with my iPhone speakers (iPhone 17 Pro). At the end of videos, voice messages, and phone calls, the last sound lags and keeps repeating. A force restart fixes it temporarily, but the problem comes back after a while.

This happens across different apps. is it a software issue or a hardware problem?
