Apple TV not working on UK Sky Q

Apple TV not loading on UK Sky Q - says cannot connect to the internet. But all other apps are working and the network connection is strong.

it’s been like this for three days now - Apple and Sky need to fix it as I’m paying for something I can’t use! Please can you help fix it?
