Child Apple ID password invalid after Family Sharing removal
why does the password of my child apple account was not valid nor supported after I deleted her account from family sharing

Apple "child" accounts (under 13)cannot be removed from Family Sharing; though I guess you could be 80 years old and this is your 60 year old offspring. ;-) Anyway, a true child account can only be transferred to another family group or the account has to be deleted altogether. For help with an invalid/not-active/not-supported account you need to contact Apple (the people on this board are users like yourself).
To reach Apple Support for an account issue:
1. Click here --> https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=cups&PGF=PGF63005
2. Select: Disabled Apple ID
3. Select: ”The Apple ID is not active" alert
4. Select: “Continue”
5. Select a chat or telephone call option.
