My mac air 13" 2020 has new battery, plenty of storage space, set a fan under notebook and one by the side to assure cooling , have done many reset SMC & NVRAM, clean my desk top , ... but lately it keep slowing down at time hang for a while , ... what can be done to return as fast and prompt operation??

I don't think that heat is the problem (unless the air vents are completely clogged).
