How to send a saved email

What do you mean by you 'saved an email'?

Is this an email that came in to you and you want to forward it to someone else?

Just open the email and click the Forward button in the toolbar, or use the Message -> Forward menu item.

Or is this an email that you started to write and are now ready to send?

If so, look in your Drafts folder. You can open the message there (optionally edit it), and send like any other email.

If neither of these scenarios, please explain in more detail what it is you're trying to do.

Open the Mail you want to "Forward" and look for this bar jusxt above the email you want to forward. Look for the the bent arrow that is pointing to the right.
