What do you believe are the best features to use on the new MacBook M5 Pro? I feel like there is a lot that I don't realize it can do, and I'm curious about how to fully leverage everything it has to offer.

There is very little that a desktop Mac can do that the MacBook Pro cannot. And the MBP has the advantage of being portable.
To get the greatest performance from your MBP, use it while it is connected to ac power. Yes, it can run on its battery, but performance is at peak when it's powered.
