How to unlock Apple Music subscription paid through MTN carrier billing in Nigeria?

My Apple Music subscription was paid with MTN carrier billing in Nigeria. MTN deducted ₦1,300 and shows the subscription active until January 13, 2026, but Apple Music is locked and not showing under Subscriptions. how do i resolve this issues
