I have an M1 Studio running OS 26.1. When I use software updater to update to 26.2, Software updater says 26.1 is current OS and OS is up to date and will not display 26.2. Ergo, I can't update to 26.2. I've not had this problem before.

If you have previously installed beta versions, you need to unsubscribe to those. If you have not, in System Settings > Software Update, press Command-R to refresh the settings pane.

Thanks for your response. I was not a beta tester. I've tried pressing command + R in software update as well as pressing command + R and holding. Neither works. Should add that software update "checking for updates" runs for several minutes before telling me that 26.1 is current and up to date OS. Other suggestions?

Run this Terminal command
softwareupdate --list-full-installers
What does it report ?
How to update M1 Mac Studio from 26.1 to 26.2 when software updater says it's up to date?
