Why aren’t they including Blood Oxygen in vitals
I was wondering why they stopped showing Blood Oxygen in Vitals and if they plan on allowing it again
Apple Watch Series 11

And you're taking the O2 reading at least once a day?
The whole O2 thing is weird in the U.S. When did you update to iOS 26? I wonder if it could be related.
It’s automatically taking readings but no longer in vitals I got the watch it was already on iOS 26 I just got a response from Apple support saying something about the new vitals update no longer shows the blood oxygen readings but I still see the column for it so I’m wondering if they’re going to put it back or what thanks for your help
Bearing in mind that the O2 readings now go straight to the phone following legal shenanigans they may not get to the watch. It would not the the first Apple knowledge article to be wrong, I found two this week.
I know they go to the iPhone and happened to get a reply from Apple support saying that they no longer have blood oxygen in vitals I tried asking if they plan on putting it back and was told that they don’t know so guess that answers my question but I can still view it on my summary so that will have to do for now
I actually after trying for over a month got an answer from Apple support after I posted this question the explanation I got is some kind of change Apple made it no longer shows in Vitals app I asked if they’re planning on putting it back and got told they couldn’t answer that some leaves me confused as to why they did it because it shows in summary but not vitals and why haven’t they put it back
Not all features are available in all areas and on all models. For more information, see watchOS Feature Availability.
from article Track your vitals on Apple Watch – Apple Support
I appreciate your answer but it does show in summary I was just wondering why it stopped showing in vitals thanks for the help
According to this:
Track your vitals on Apple Watch - Apple Support
It is included unless you're somewhere it isn't supported.
Where are you? Which watch do you have?
I see it in my summary but not vitals anymore

I've noticed this as well. Not clear on why they show that in vitals, but don't populate it at all. Honestly, it seems more like a bug.
