is there a way to turn off iOS update notifications? I am getting notifications twice or three times a day to update iOS and I don’t want to. Curious if there is a way to disable iOS update notifications? or do I just shut my phone off forever because it is so frustrating?

you can try holding your finger on the banner when it pops up >>
see if there is an option to dismiss it while the screen is still locked.
