I have Macbook air m2 I am on activation lock screen I started account recovery but I don't know how long will it take. I don't have access to the mail either so if I'll get the mail how would I know that !
But I have access to the phone numbers!

Once Account Recovery has been initiated, you’ll get a message. Usually within 72 hours. Stop using any device associated with the Apple Account undergoing Account Recovery (except for the device that requested the Recovery), and wait for Account Recovery to complete.
Using any other devices associated with the Apple Account being recovered will block the recovery.
Activation Lock is intended as a theft deterrent, and is intentionally difficult to bypass. We can’t help bypass it, and — absent convincing proof of ownership — Apple won’t help.
