Magic Mouse - no light, can't connect
My Magic Mouse will not connect. When I turn it on, no light. When I plug it in, no light. When I try to enter my serial number into support, it is saying it is not valid. HELP!
There is no light on the Magic Mouse 2 or later model. Just turn it on using the switch beneath it.
When you plug it in, click the Bluetooth icon in the menu bar (or open the Bluetooth settings using Spotlight or in System Settings.) Do you see the mouse in the list?
