iPhone 13 clock running 25 minutes behind!
Hello. I have an iPhone 13 mini. Two days ago, I went to an Apple store to have the internal battery replaced. Now I have two problems. First problem: The clock is 25 minutes slow. What can I do?

Do you think this has anything to do with the battery being replaced, or is that just a coincidence?
It seems unlikely but we cannot know for sure. You have done everything we can think to troubleshoot. I suggest you make an appointment at the Genius Bar at the store that did the battery replacement. Let them run diagnostics and try to figure this out. Good luck. And please let us know the resolution.

All is well! I returned to the store and the gentleman who replaced the battery fixed the problem in seconds. He went to Settings > General > Date & Time. It was already set to Set Automatically, so he unset it, then set it again. Et voila! The time set itself correctly and my other problem, which I haven't brought into this thread, corrected itself as well. What a relief! Thank you, Carol B and sberman, for your help!
Thanks for letting us know the issues were resolved ... and how they were resolved. This could help others. That is what this community forum is all about ... Apple users helping other Apple users! We are happy to help.
Well that’s fascinating, as you said you had performed the toggle after I suggested it. (Well, actually you implied you did the toggle, as I suggested toggling and force restarting if the toggle failed, and you acknowledged the restart).
Anyway, glad it’s working.
Enjoy your Apple gear. Thanks for posting the resolution.
Check Settings > General > Date & Time > Set Automatically = “on”.
Thanks, but I already tried that.
I appreciate you sticking with this! Unfortunately, after the forced restart, my phone remains ~25 minutes behind.
Do you have Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Location Services turned “on”? That is required.
You also need a cellular or Wi-Fi connection.
Got all that!
Do you think this has anything to do with the battery being replaced, or is that just a coincidence?
Never mind. You replaced the battery at an Apple Store, which is what I had questioned here previously. Follow Carol B.’s excellent advice.
