So I have a charge due for a subscription on a card that had to be canceled due to my account being hacked. Is there anyway I can make the subscription wait till I get a new card because that’s the only way I have to purchase it.

If this is for a subscription from an App Store/Apple service, then I would recommend getting a Gift Card and adding it to your account. The amount will be deducted from your Apple Account before attempting to charge your card on file. When you get your new card, it can then be added to your Apple Account.

You cannot pay for some subscriptions using account balance. How apps, content, and subscriptions from Apple are billed - Apple Support In addition: If you can’t download or update apps on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support says: If you have any active subscriptions, you must have at least one payment method on file other than Apple ID credit. I don't know if not having one will interfere with continued use of the account for other app downloads and subscriptions.
If you are waiting for a replacement card those are usually sent fairly quickly so this may all be moot in a few days.
Unfortunately no.
The subscription will try to charge whenever it's set to renew and there's no way to pause it.
You can cancel it and then renew it when you are ready.
Can you make a charge wait?
