Issue with iMessage – previous user email linked
Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with iMessage on my device. The email address of the previous user is still saved and linked to iMessage, and because of this I am unable to sign in with my own Apple ID.
When I try to activate or use iMessage, the system asks for the password of the previous user’s email, which I do not have access to. As a result, I cannot use iMessage with my own account.
I would appreciate your assistance in removing the previous user’s email and helping me activate iMessage with my own Apple ID.
