Exclude some devices from syncing music.
Is there a way to sync my iPhone and iPad music without syncing to my husband’s? We are enrolled in the Apple One Family plan.

You are not using the same Apple account are you? Each family member should be using their own Apple Account where their Apple Music is independent of each other.
Make sure that each family member has a unique Apple Account - Apple Support
When going to Settings > [name on top] > Media & Purchases, you would not want the same Apple Account showing there.
