If you want to investigate your troubles with Safari we can do that here. It may help to know what sites you are having trouble with. That would be a great way to see if the problem only occurs on your device or others too. If it only happens on your device, we can look further into any third party processes in your Launch Folders that may be causing a conflict.
Common problems include using a VPN and Extensions that you may have installed on Safari. To be honest I use Safari exclusively and there has not been a single website that I have been unable to access. Web Site developers can target a specific preferred browser that are optimized for their use, but Safari is based on the same WebKit standard that is also used by many other browsers.
I am also using Mac OS 15.7.3 and there was a recent update for Safari that you may find in Settings for Software Updates to update it to version 26.2 I have not had trouble with either the 26.1 or 26.2 version.
