How to disable audio ducking for notifications on iPhone15?

Notifications are annoying when I listen to music on my iPhone15, as it interrupts the music by lowering its volume, and gives precedence to notification chimes.

How can I stop this "audio ducking" when I play music on my iphone15.

Can focus be setup somehow to achieve this?
