iCloud : photo
Hello,
I’m experiencing a persistent issue accessing and downloading my photos and videos from iCloud Photos. When I try to open or download them—whether from the Photos app or via iCloud.com—I get an error message like “Unable to load content” or “Cannot load library.”
This is happening on the same device I’ve always used. I have never signed out of my iCloud account, and I am currently subscribed to iCloud+ with sufficient available storage.
I’ve already tried several steps, including:
- Restarting the device
- Ensuring “Download and Keep Originals” is enabled in Photos settings
- Trying from another browser and device
- Updating iOS to the latest version
Unfortunately, the issue still persists. I would appreciate your help in checking whether there is any issue on iCloud’s side that’s preventing access to my media.
