Can’t Find Apple Intelligence on iPhone 16 (iOS 18 & iOS 26)

Hi everyone,

I have an iPhone 16 and I haven’t been able to access Apple Intelligence — neither on iOS 18 nor after updating to iOS 26.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

1) Left my iPhone plugged in and connected to Wi-Fi for several days

2) Changed the language of my iPhone and Siri to English

3)Switched back to French for both iPhone and Siri

4) Updated to iOS 26 (latest version available)

Still, I don’t see any Apple Intelligence options in Settings or anywhere else.

Is there something I’m missing? Is Apple Intelligence not available yet for the iPhone 16, or only in certain regions?

Any help or clarification would be appreciated!
