Facetime not working after ios 26 update

Hi, my facetime isn’t working properly after ios 26 update.


i can make calls via facetime but i can’t receive calls.


all of my settings are good because before the update i could call and receive without any problem.

When i asked someone to try to call me he can hear like the ringing tone showing that the call is ongoing but on my side i receive nothing

Noted that i still have the sim card loss signal with ios 26 everytime i restart my call, i have to take out the sim, restart put it in again to have signal with my sim again.

If you want to post in English you should indeed post on the English language Community. It is international and has many more contributors than the French one. Because there are more people on the community that has helpers from all time zones you will likely get many responses pretty quickly as long as your question is clear. In fact you will see people posting in all different languages there because many of them do not have their own Community. If somebody posts in French there I will try to help them but I also refer them back to this community because unless their French is well-composed it may require a native speaker to figure out what they are asking.
