Icloud desyncing and syncing with notes on Ipad

I saw that i jad a lot of space taken by Notes so I tried to « unsync with this Ipad » then I rechecked the option when i saw that all my notes were gones, but now i have 100+ that are EMPTY on my ipad, but are still present with the correct names. URGENT HOW CAN I GET THEM BACK THANKS !!!!!
