Forgotten iCloud password

My daughter has managed to disable her phone and I had to do a reset via my pc.

Im havin trouble getting into her iCloud account to reset passwords etc as she can't remember hers. The apple ID is in her name but when it asks for her date of birth it won't accept it.

She had the phone second hand from her step sister and we reset it in my daughters name. So it doesn't even accept the step sister's date of birth either.

Is there any way to recover her password without having to go to an Apple store itself please?
