Apple Music

I am subscribed to the Family Plan of Apple Music but my family that is registered in my Family Sharing are not able to use Apple Music as if they are not subscribed, I have tried everything and nothing is working. My Apple Music works but there’s does not. Can anyone help?

If you have issues with your Family subscription:

  1. Make sure that all members of the Family are sharing their iTunes Store purchases.
  2. Make sure that you're signed into the iTunes Store with the Apple ID and password that you use to share content with Family Sharing.
  3. Sign out of the Music app, and then sign back in.
