Restarting on its own

My iphone 6 keeps restarting on its own in every few minutes within 6 hours of updating it to the latest ios version. It does starts and i can use it till it restarts again. please suggest how to fix it.

if that does not sort it

restore from backup, restore as new device. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414
